High temperature and high thermal conductivity package interface thermal conductive adhesive/flexible thermal pad, which can replace the existing thermal conductive adhesive/thermal pad. It is more resistant to high temperature and aging, which can reduce system maintenance costs. The operating temperature can reach 155℃, and the thermal conductivity is 2- 4 W/mk.
